they have a better handle on things/'truth' than the people they

I'm affraid that in your pursuit of truth, while you admit not to have
it yourself, you have rejected Who does have it, God. His Word is
authoritative and if you had actually read the books that many emergent
church leaders have written you would know that they have abandoned the
authority of scripture and that is what is addressed in the article in
the Mantle that you mention. Please realize that the Sovereign Creator
of this universe has given His authoritative Word which He calls you to
treat as such, not to banter around in the empy court which is your
mind to attempt to pass judgement on the Divine.

Well im just writing to say
that it has been a pleasure not only to have met you but to have gotten
to know you a little better , and to have learned from you and trust me I did .... you have opened my mind to so many different ideas and
possibilties and I just wanted you to know that I am no longer as
close minded ,and now i want to explore and learn about different
people and ideas so if this is what you were looking to achieve you did... I am no longer a droid... but a critical thinker forming my own
beliefs based on what i view as right for me . Our conversations and
walks to the P building have made me a little bit of a better person I
believe. So thanks and I wish you and your family the best in all that
you do... although I wish we could have had another year of
learning together it's cool you got to follow the dream and I respect
